Sliding Scale: If payment is a concern, please let me know. I offer discounted sliding scale appointments for those who have a need and I’ll meet you where you are.

Insurance: I am happy to help you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am a private pay, out-of-network practitioner. I provide a detailed receipt, also known as a superbill, each month for clients.

Many people have out of network benefits they are unaware of, and benefits vary by plan. To find out what your out of network benefits are, contact your insurance company and ask “what is my out of network reimbursement for individual outpatient therapy?”
